Woven shirts and Overshirts became also a strong category for us. Brands we started to collaborate with on knits products requested us to develop their woven tops. For fabrics we work with Local Premium Mills in Bangladesh, yarn dyed or RFD. If we can’t meet brands requirements in local we easily import fabrics from China. We are used to it and we have strong long term relashionship with them. For Manufacturing we work with our 3 Partners, specialized in Woven Tops, since 10 years. With the growing trend of Overshirts we are producing more styles using heavier weight fabrics.
Fabrics : From 100 GSM to 300 GSM, in Cotton base (BCI, organic, recycled), rigid or stretch. We do plenty of weaves : poplin, oxford, twill, canvas, herringbone, riptsop, denim, corduroy….
Print Technics : We can do All Over Prints, or placement prints.
Embroideries : we can do all type of embroideries, in all scales, thin or bold. We can mix embroidery with print technics.
Dyeing & Washing : we can use yarn dyed fabrics, or RFD for Garment Dyed process to reduce Minimums and get expected washed out look.
Labels & Trims : We can supply all types of trims : inner neck tapes, buttons, patches, pipings. We can also develop all types of labels.
