At TOADS Sarl we develop and produce Premium products made in Bangladesh. Our European Headquarter is located in the South West of France, where the most famous surf brands are implanted.

We are vertically integrated in Printing, with our facility TOADS Printing. We are experts in all print technics, innovation driven and focus on environnemental : solar panels, rain-water harvest, Effluent Treatment Plant, eco-friendy chemical import from top suppliers.

Our Team in Bangladesh is composed by 40 textile experts : designers, product developpers, merchandisers, planning, production managers. Each brand we collaborate with has a dedicated team which we think is key to provide the best services and executions.

We collaborate with a selected group of 7 factories, chosen for their high-quality standards, technical expertise and strong ethical commitments. We offer flexible and competitive minimum of quantities for Bangladesh-origin production.

We promote sustainable fabrics : organic cotton, recycled polyester, and fibers naturally eco-friendly. We are keen to develop new designs, new fabrics or print technics, and we stay tuned on latest innovations.

Who We Are

Toads is a medium organization specialized in the Surfwear industry for more than 40 years.

We offer customized services, from SMS collections to Bulk Productions, with short delivery times and high quality products for our Australian, American and European customers.

At Toads we are very conscious on our Social and Environmental impacts.

We provide all type of Sustainable fabrics such as organic cotton, mix cotton/hemp, recycled cotton and recycled polyester certified. We’ve chosen our manufacturers on purpose to align on the same vision. They all have premium certifications and they keep improving their green incentives by expending their solar panels, increase water treatment plans capacity, and investing in new waterless technologies.

And last but not least, we are proud to produce in Bangladesh and to show our customers it is possible to make it the right way and offer fair trade and conditions to local workers. Recently we implemented with our partners a dedicated program for Women’s Autonomy.

How We Do

Over 20 years of experience in Bangladesh we’ve built our business model using the local strengths, and provided support and leadership to improve the more critical areas.

We have a dedicated team of Merchandisers and Developers for each customer. This allow us to guarantee the correct execution, as per the brand DNA and the designers taste.

We have Technical Developers, working across brands, to insure fits are well translated into patterns. They can also create new fits and provide specs based on customer brief.

We have our own internal QC Teams, one for the SMS Collections, one for the Bulk Productions. We trust on our partners but we want to insure a premium quality for our customers, and stable over time : fabrics and garments.

For new fabrics development and to create Tech Packs we also have internal Designers. They can support brands designers to share their workload and respect the deadlines.
