Woven Bottoms are products made in Bangaldesh since long time. Same as woven tops we source 90% of fabrics locally, and we import specific fabrics from China; such as Corduroy and Linen blends. In Denim we have selected our Laundries Partners to achieve a Premium look and to make a clear statement with other local denim makers mostly working for Chain Sores – Mass Market products. They are highly skilled and advanced in washing technics. They are capable to execute a very natural worn look using the latest machinery to reduce environmental impact.
Fabrics : From 150 GSM to 400 GSM, in Cotton base (BCI, organic, recycled), rigid or stretch. We do plenty of weaves : twill, canvas, herringbone, riptsop & mini, denim, corduroy, coton/linen blends….
Print Technics : We can do All Over Prints, or placement prints. Embroideries : all types.
Dyeing & Washing : we can use yarn dyed fabrics, or RFD for Garment Dyed washed out look. Denim wash from Rinse to Light Stone , salt & peper, acid, overdyed…
Labels & Trims : We can supply all types of trims : branded buttons, patches, pipings, hooks. We can also develop all types of labels.
